Where did piped weapon switching go?

I used piped weapon switching in a previous version of Toxikk (just edited UDKinput.ini)
but now it doesn't work anymore.

for those of you who dont know what piped weapon switching is:
it basically allows you to bind multiple weapons to the same key. when you press the key you can switch through all the weapons in that group. Half-Life 2 has a system like this where for example all automatic rifles are bound to 3, and the pistol and revolver to 2.

it should work like this in the UDKInput.ini file:
Bindings=(Name="one",Command="PipedSwitchWeapon 1 | PipedSwitchWeapon 2")
causing 1 to cycle between weapons 1 and 2

to make this work currently i have it set up like this
Bindings=(Name="one",Command="WeaponGroup1_1")
Bindings=(Name="WeaponGroup1_1",Command="SwitchWeapon 1 | SwitchWeapon 2 | setbind one WeaponGroup1_2")
Bindings=(Name="WeaponGroup1_2",Command="SwitchWeapon 2 | SwitchWeapon 1 | setbind one WeaponGroup1_1")
which makes it work only half the time since it can be the case that i already have the weapon its cycling to selected.
also its not reliable in that when i click 1 now, i don't know if i'm gonna get weapon 1 or 2

I didn't even know that was a thing at any point...

Then again, I honestly think it's kind of unnecessary anyway, seeing as there are only 10 different weapons and each one is assigned to its own key.
