PATCH #15 BRINGS YOUR V0.96 BUILD UP TO V0.97 GINGER

As we're approaching the full release, .97 is quite a big patch that brings many new features, a fresh vehicle map, plenty of critical fixes and polishing tweaks.

Really liking the new map. Only played it against bots, but the fact it is a small map means it has constant fighting from the moment you spawn. Although I would consider swapping the Bullcraft with the Stingray, the reason being that the ground is pretty open when attacking, and access to a strong hitscan weapon near the spawn could potentially be too strong in the hands of really good aimers. Same goes for the Falcon I suppose, that could be swapped with the Cerberus. I think it would be better if players had to push out first to acquire the ranged weapons, and then fall back to make good use of them.

'Contracts' appears to be functional for version 0.98...Anything else added/changed?
