I'm a UT99 and UT2004 player, been playing it for some years now. Came across toxikk, thought I'd try it out, but I gotta holy shit, this game is AWESOME. I am very impressed, love it so far and awesome graphics and gameplay. How's the community around here? Only thing I would still like to see is linux support, so I don't have to boot windows every time I want to play

Thanks for that! I'll drop in during the weekend. How come so far I've only come across servers full of bots and no human players? Is Toxikk not that well known yet?

A long time ago (like at the beginning of the early access), the servers were populated. Then people got bored because there was like one or two maps and eventually never came back. If you don't want to play agains bots, ask people in Discord and someone may play with you.

People used to play CC (Twin Peaks) regularly. Moreso than BL or SA. It was alot of fun. I recall one game in particular that lasted an entire 30 mins. It was non stop action. Every time someone came close to capturing the winning cell they would lose it. At the end of the match everyone was like "really GG!"

Looking forward to having the same kind of fun again on Citadel.

.95 will bring lots of people back and 1.0 should have hoards of newcomers. I have personally played a pitiful amount of TOXIKK but I am going to go insane when it fully releases- no strings attached.
